Swansea could not save CARIFESTA

Swansea Industrial Associates appears to be Government's scape goat for the poorly planned opening ceremony for CARIFESTA. Let's face the truth, special effects could not hide the organisational flaws of the event, although it might have taken people's minds off the slipups. The entire event was piss poor, but that does mean that Swansea alone should shoulder the blame. Let the Blame trail lead right up the President who did not consult before bailing out Bahamas by opting to host the event.
