Guyanese fire seemed to have touched the right nerve with this post that suggest that Health Minister, Dr. Leslie Ramsammy is responsible for the first lepto related death of this flood season. No sooner had the post been approved, an influx of comments came in praising the Minister. After so many years in office, the PPP/C still has to sing their own praises.
